    So after some “research” I figured out what I had to specifically do. It was quite logical but I’ve had some very busy and stressful days recently and wasn’t thinking too straight. Your inquiry has been forwarded as of my reply to it, and for future reference, do make sure to tag the coordinator in your inquiry, not just type in their name. If you do not know how to tag (you probably do), it’s @name
