I have results and standings sorted.
You’re supposed to be chilling
I know. It's just that We need to use the "normal" R&S sheet's, because there are some things, that I need for the DR calculations

Finally I have returned from the land of family squabbles and non-exisitent internet:eek: and... wow that's a lot of reading and most of what I've read is good constructive criticism but atm I don't have the time to go through all of it.

One thing I would like to add to the discussion is we have been very fortunate attracting quality drivers since the creation of this league with little to no active recruitment on our part. This, imo, needs to change. We need someone, several someones would be even better, to run an open lobby at least 2-3 times a week featuring quick 3-5 lap races around the time we race each week so that AOR has a constant presence in the lobbies.

We the coordinators would of course be looked upon first to host these lobbies, however it is not necessary for one of us to host, anyone of our members could host these lobbies. All that needs to be done is promote the site & what we are racing for the current season & ask people to sign up before each race. Yes I know, he who suggests should pitch in but I happen to be on the wrong side of the pond from the people who would be more likely to be available during our preferred time to race and the lobby that I would create would not be visible to those in the euro-zone.

Also, I did mean to work on @Wobbuffet 's GTSL records thingy while I was away but well, no internet means no internet. I will work on it this week and hope to have it done this weekend.

*looks at self* Not every driver has been quality though :ROFLMAO: sure, I pride myself on my racing etiquette and am trying to improve every race but I wouldn't say I've reached the heights of quality to fit in with the likes of the rest of ya

Yeah I can see having open lobbies being beneficial, almost as a way to not just vet drivers (for primarily how clean they drive/race others) but to 'spread the good word'.

Though a part of me thinks that perhaps this game is coming towards the end of its natural cycle, (I think I spoke about this with Delaney in a previous thread before the Porsche 911 season started) and maybe the numbers aren't quite there these days.

Also, I did mean to work on @Wobbuffet 's GTSL records thingy while I was away but well, no internet means no internet. I will work on it this week and hope to have it done this weekend.
Bl99dy honestly theres no rush as those records aren't going anywhere lol, anyway it will be nice to see season 5 & 6 have there tables properly fixed and restored.

The week long Turkey Day trip kinda screwed my usual schedule plus I'm still a bit sick (no fever but stuffy nose/ scratchy throat/ cough)

Would you be so kind to share what the suggestion was Delaney?
Yeah well, a couple of months ago We (the Organisers) were talking about making some sort of Inter League Championship. Completely without any connection with that, HerrKurwa suggested that We did exactly that and We have been mailing a bit back and forth about that. At the time non of us had the energy to take up the task, but I think that it's about time that We start talking seriously about making this happen. He represents a German Race site and has contact with another "Ring Rats".

Hey Delaney,
It's been a while since we talked the last time.
But I'm still hyped to start a small. Championship.

My suggestions for the beginning:
6/7 top drivers of each league participate on the championship. That would be a lobby of 12-14 drivers and there would be 2-4 slots for a streamer.

Race format:

15 min quali - 60 min race
6 races every 3 weeks on Monday or thursday.
Race time 7 pm uk time
2 races with gr3, one race with gr1, g2, gr4 and super formula.

3 track choices for you, 3 choices for us

Tyre/fuel sth around 6x/4x

It could probably fit into our plans quite nicely, as We have been talking about making first a 4 week/rounds One make serie and the to start a "normal" 8 week season (We are talking about a Manufacturers season where We alternate between Gr.4 and Gr.3. We could run our own thing for two weeks, then the Inter League one week and then our own again.
We do have some ideas for the Inter League too, so what You see above is just the suggestion from Kurwa.

Ok Inter league would be interesting to see (and if you could get a third different league to join = 5 drivers per league), only thing that I want to ask to clarify is with the provisional race format:
'6 races every 3 weeks on one day' and with a '15 min qualy followed by 60 minute race', if I'm reading that right, that would mean two 1 hour races and a 3 hours total time minimum on the night, not only would that be a pretty long session but a massive time commitment. (just my opinion)

As for which day for this to potentially take place, personally I'm not to fussed as long as are our scheduled league night (Thursday's) aren't changed.

It could probably fit into our plans quite nicely, as We have been talking about making first a 4 week/rounds One make serie and the to start a "normal" 8 week season (We are talking about a Manufacturers season where We alternate between Gr.4 and Gr.3. Finally I was going to ask Delaney what the provisional plans for next season were, and after reading that above I can let you know I have been working on something that would be different but I think has a lot of potential, Anyway now I know the provisional planned calendar, I can now select the tracks as I've got the main format sorted, but it ain't full finished though as I have to still work on some of the finer details, but by the end of the week (Friday) I should be able to present it to you all.

So if you can please wait until then before making any final decisions that would be appreciated.

Because it says:
'6 races every 3 weeks on Monday or Thursday'
that surely means its taking place on one night or the other.

To be fair I think clarifying that bit above is important, as you could also read 6 races every 3 weeks as simply 6 races on every 3rd week.

Just to clarify:
each round would be a 15min Quali session followed by a 1 hour race (or laps equivalent)

and there would be 1 (one) round every three weeks
