As part of your official sign up please complete and post in the appropriate thread your fastest lap at Autopolis International Racing Course in the SF19 Super Formula / Honda -or- Toyota through the Time Trial function in the offline Arcade Mode. It is recommended that drivers use Racing Super Soft tyres and turn on the in-game Penalty System as it is to the benefit of everyone involved that the posted times be as ‘clean’ as possible so that drivers can be placed in the race room that best represents their skill level. Setups may be used for the Time Trial, as there is no way to prohibit their use but keep in mind that setups are prohibited in the races.
When you are satisfied with your time trial, post a screenshot of the Time Trial Ranking Board to the appropriate thread in the AOR GT Sport League forum. A valid entry must contain the following:
(As indicated by the red arrows) Track Name, Your Gamer Tag, The Official Car & Your Time all clearly visible. Posts missing any of the required information will not be accepted under any circumstance.
For returning drivers your previous seasons performance will also be taken into account to determine your room placement.
Current DR Standings after TT for S6:
Yes the DR Calculations has been updated a bit. This has been done, to make it clearer how it is calculated.
The different colors has meaning too You know. The orange at the top are the 25 best (ELITE League) on our DR-list, Next 25 (green) are the PRO League. The Pink group are the SEMI-PRO League and the blue marked are the ROOKIE League. As You sign up for a AOR GT SPORT League Season You are naturally placed into the ROOKIE League. Then You make the Time Trial for the Season and You are ranked with those that has done multiple season's and Your result is also mirrorred back into Season one and Your driver rating is calculated from then on. Each season You do not (or hasn't) Your previous season DR result is added by one and an average over all seasons are calculated. This is the result that You are then placed in the correct Race Room and DR League after.
The current Race Room designation is based on Your DR rating and all sign up's are divided into two equal sized groups/Race Room. This is the Race Room that You'll be starting in for the first two races in the season. As there are overlapping points between RR1 and RR2, You can overtake people in RR1 if You can finish high in RR2. After two / four and 7 races Your points position in total will decide, which RR You are to start in for the upcomming races.
