Really happy with the race today. Finally got my podium, it’s been four weeks in the making!

The start turned out very good for me, unfortunately not for a couple other drivers... Really unlucky for @Scott Fell, again. But your recovery drive was amazing. You really had great pace.

After the start I had two really quick guys in front, I knew there was no way I could get anywhere near them. All I was thinking about was getting into a rhythm, and nurse the tyres all the way to the end. Was just matching the pace of the guys behind me and doing some occasional push laps to slowly build the gap, giving @Chickano some false hopes in the process :devilish::devilish:

Don’t know what happened to Chick but suddenly the gap was over 10 seconds, and that was the moment I knew I secured my very first podium on PC2. It took a while but I finally got it!

I had a great race for 48 minutes when I entered pits to refuel and joined track in 2nd place 3 seconds in front off @GetMonnieNelson. I had good pace and could have fought for 2nd place but then I blew it in Les Combes whit accelerating to strong with cold used tires and parked it into a wall.
I had great pace and with good strategy I was really pushing for podium but lost it due to stupid mistake.
Once again big congrats to my team m8 @jam_my21 for win and @GetMonnieNelson and @Scott Fell for rest of the podium.
Well deserved. I hope I can be competitive in Le Mans so I can get to fight for podium.

Quali wasn’t my best lap but my race pace is usually stronger than my quali so I was hoping to take the fight to the guys ahead. I had a good reaction to take P2 into turn 1 when I got hit in the rear by @robnoxious9000 (who has apologised) which spun me to the back. I had enough pace to not be losing too much time to the guys ahead so I stayed out long enough to make a 1 stop work. From there I just kept it clean and people’s mistakes promoted me up to P4 before @GUNNERGAMBLE had the disconnect. Sorry for that mate.

Congratulations on the win @jam_my21 on the win.

Congratulations @GetMonnieNelson on the long overdue and well deserved first PC2 podium.

See you all at Le Mans
