Hi diego! Unfortunately you have to retake the speed test based on a UK server(and not on a Peru server) and your sign up wont be accepted if you fail to prove you hit the european ping limit. Please edit the post with the new one

You can still sign up in the assists european league but your ping must be lower than 150ms. You can test that by visiting http://www.speedtest.net/ website and before you press go click on change server on the bottom right corner and search for a London server (like Vodafone Uk) and then hit go. After you done that replace the screenshot on your first post
If you don't have the ping to make to European leagues you could still try to sign up for the America one. If you have more questions don't hesitate to pm me.

You guys need to retake and edit your post with screenshots that the ping and the London/Uk server is shown. This is mandatory to be sure that the connection between players is at high standards (you might not be able to participate if you fail to prove you have good connection to a London Based server). Please follow the steps bellow:
● Go to http://www.speedtest.net/
● Click on Change Server bottom right
● Search for a host located in London (like Vodafone UK)
● Click on Go and wait the test to finish
● When its done screenshot the results or use the bb code provided and edit your sign up post with the new screenshot.
