Introduction
AOR welcomes everyone to the first of many rally seasons on DiRT Rally 2.0. This season you'll see drivers of all levels, nationalities and platforms driving against each other across 8 different events to determine who is the best rally driver AOR has to offer.
League Format
For Season 2 of our DiRT Rally 2.0 Rally Leagues, we'll open up more possibilities to drive the sort of cars you want to drive, instead of forcing you to select a single car class, with the exception of Pro Tier, who'll all be driving the R5 class. We'll be doing this by splitting the Rookie Tier into 2 Rookie Tier Championships, the R2 Championship and the R4 Championship, which'll drive the R2 and R4 cars respectively.
All Championships will use the same calendar and same event layout, meaning they'll be using the same stages. This allows us to merge all leaderboard standings into one single spreadsheet featuring all participants and their times. We expect this will add a fun miscellaneous element to the league in the form of comparing your times against slower or faster car classes. However, each Championship will still crown its own Championship, and each Rookie Tier will advance its own amount of drivers to the Pro Tier.
Rally Format
As previously stated this season will feature 13 rally events, spanning across all 13 locations DiRT Rally 2.0 has to offer. Each event will feature 10 different stages, of which the last stage will function as both a normal stage and a power stage, where drivers can grab some extra championship points based on their stage time.
Day/Time
Every round is opened for a full week (00:00 GMT Monday - 23:59 GMT Sunday) which gives the drivers plenty of time to complete the rallies. The participants are free to complete their stages all throughout the week.
