Rookie Tier driver @kazunokota has been found guilty of leaving the event outside of a service, their S1 time appeared on Racenet roughly around 15:59 BST, and their S2 time appeared roughly 45 minutes later around 16:44 BST. As per rule 2.1.3. of the Rules & Regulations Thread, he will be immediately disqualified from the event (Round 1 // United States of America).

Furthermore they will be mandated to record and upload the entirety of his future rallies in Season 3 of the Apex Online Racing Rally Championship, in the appropriate Media Thread, without any edits. If not done so, they will be removed from the championship and will be blacklisted from all AOR leagues going forward.

Following our observations of the New Zealand Rally in the AOR Rally Championship, we have come to a few conclusions regarding some unsportsmanlike conduct from certain Rookie Tier individuals:
  • @COLOM Maxime was found to be leaving the rally at least once during a service
  • @Dabby was found to be increasing the game's brightness/gamma to mitigate the light failures caused by the corresponding unexpected event
Whereas these actions are allowed by the rules, they are deemed to be unsportsmanlike at the pace that was shown by the drivers. We'd highly recommend you refrain from using such unsportsmanlike conduct in the future, unless given a specific reason.
