Have they Fixed the **** were Dirt4 needs double the amount of space to update?

Erm, I've never heard of this so I'd say this is probably a PC specific issue.
@Banz is probably the best bet to answer that xD

Yes on the PC, when you install the game is about 30ish GB in size and when you need to update it requires twice that amount and then deletes the data after update to leave you with 30ish GB again.

I uninstalled for this particular reason and if it's fixed or changed I'd be happy to install the game again and do some Rally

It is not fixed. Also it is probably the way their encryption work or something like that. Sucks indeed.

There is 1 update in the works don't know how many there will be after that. Probably few to fix some of the bugs they introduce when clubs is released.

I might be interested actually, however I suck at RallyCross and will not be doing any practice as I do not race competitively anymore. So showing up for an hour on a Tuesday etc might be okay.
