Moved PC F6 Austria Lap 2 Turn 3 Incident

I think this need's not only to be a 5 second penalty from the game because @Matteo Turrini destroyed my and @Sevilla Moreno race. He drove straight into Sevilla and then I turned in for the corner and then came Matteo out of nowhere and I damaged my front wing. ( The link is a clip from @Arctic Avenger2 stream. That's the onboard camera from @SpiicyLemon.
