Just replied to @Jay but to confirm to everyone else. I will be attending this one, assuming I can get the right set of homeplugs delivered, which should be fine seeing as I have Amazon Prime. Can anyone recommend a good set? If I start dropping out again.... then I expect it will be game over for me, which will be annoying as I had decent pace in the TT :(

Unlucky DC at Malaysia, hope I have better luck this time. Is it fine for everyone if we would start one hour earlier (7pm UK time). I would greatly appreciate it, though I understand if it is not fine for someone.

At the test I did then, upload was 74.36, upload 18.72

Now (peak time) Download 73.51 Upload 18.82!

All of that just through an ethernet cable...

That's perfect then, exactly what I get through an Ethernet cable.. hopefully your internet woes are finally over! :)
Now share this as an anecdotal "woes of WiFi" story :) We say it because it's true, but even saying that you have had an extreme result. Loads of kids think their consoles disconnect when gaming and blame the game when 8/10 is shitty WiFi.

I can't do 7pm as I have a young boy who will still be wide awake at that time and would mean he would have to have a shower and bed at 6pm for me to get some practice. So I am sorry but 8pm or later is best for me. Can we stop asking this as well for any races that I am going to be here for as I will always say no.

Shall we talk some laptimes? Typically a high 32 in quali, and running mid 35's in the opening stint, track feels quite nice to drive though, and probably a 2 stop again given a pit stop will cost you at least 24-25 seconds

They ain't no kind of laptimes I can hit. By a long way, so no, let's talk about anything but laptimes.

Are u doing 1:30's then
Looks like Bahrain might be my early fall then, I only did a 32.5 just trying to find a setup but I'm at least a second and a half behind Jens and Cameron going off the TT times, fun!

I WAS DOING CHINA! :hilarious: Better practice Bahrain (or as CH4 say "Bah Rain")
Thank God China was skipped, can never get that track right, breaking for turn 1 is an absolute nightmare for me... And good thing you found out before it was too late :p
