Can not restart the lobby sorry, happened to @Olky in Baku.
Only in extreme cases are we allowed to reset the lobby if we have major disconnections

I've seen his POV and on his POV he didn't touch me might be a lag bubble for you aswell as me but I'm still tamping because I had the pace to get 4th today
