Turn 1 will be super tricky here. but looking at the field, I'm sure it will be clean!

Sadly, I will miss this round

Expecting a very similar race to Road America. Lots of slipsteam and hard braking zones. Will be interesting to see how people are going to setup their cars!

Looking forward to getting back online! Looks like I missed a great chaotic race 1, I'll try and add some 'spice' for Monza! :p

The M8 really doesn't like the high curbs here ...

I don't really understand all that weight stuff. Last season the ferrari and ford got +5kg and +10kg via "penalty weight" for iLMS and IMSA. Now we still have those +5 / +10kg penalty weight and -5kg for the fefe baked in resulting in 0kg, and 5kg "baked in" for the Ford resulting in 15kg more weight?

We don't have the +5/+10kg weight penalties in this league right?

Ah ok, so Ferrari +0kg and Ford +15kg in effect from Monza on. I think BMW, Porsche, Fefe BoP is fine. I don't know why iRacing hates the Ford.

What I've understood, the additional weights for last season were reverted; so that means now it is Fefe -5kg and Ford +5kg.

Which is nonsense, last season when Ferrari had 5kg advantage over Ford, no-one used Ford while Ferrari was pretty common, now the difference is 10kg  It's not much, but still something. Porsche also got buff, which it really didn't need IMO.

I’m really not sure what they’re doing with the Porsche, they’ve changed the downforce level on it 3 times now this season.

Also, I didn’t realise they reset the weights at the end of the season, so does that mean the Ferrari will be 10kgs lighter than it was last season? Seems a bit mad.

Come on then. What's the predictions?

What are we thinking for pole?
Dangerous off-track zones?

I'm seeing some concerns that M8 doesn't like the kerbs? Which I suspect means the Porsche also doesn't like them. Fezza and Ford the favourites then?
