So I'm guessing as racing enthusiasts, A lot of us are petrolheads in real life too, so I'm interested as to what you all drive, if you drive.

Anyway this is my Golf R, owned it 4 months from new and it's an absolutely stunning car if I so say so myself[emoji106]

I gotta join this thread! :)

right now, I'm driving a scoopy:

But the most fun I ever had with my pants on was in my little Smart Brabus Roadster Coupe. Driving that little thing across the alps, all the way to italy, was just beyond awesome.
That little turbocharged 700cc 3-pot in your back, turbo screaming, the rough sequential gearbox and the kart-like handling was a dream.
Plus, you're always slower than you feel - meaning you can have a ton of fun within the speed limit! The perfect car for B-roads. Had to let it go, as it's useless in finnish winters.

Scirocco

Not posting pics because I never really care for it. Been a nice car to drive but I made a big mistake buying it because I found out later that it was a class C right-off... Never buy a car without the V5C (yes, I'm a nob 'ead, cos I did just that).

Wowzer - I bet your insurance is high? Was the damage bad and has it been fixed properly?

because Britain hates the drivers under 21.
This is true, although it's fair to say most under 21 are thinking they are the dogs nuts in a car, LEWIS HAMILTON WATCH OUT... Then crash and injure others - so as fail safe, for the mindless idiots(and there is a few), they whack up the premiums. Mine used to cost about £2,000 :/ Now I pay..... £350 :)

All that's missing is the dice in the mirror, the chrome mirrors, blue side lights and you're ready to start blocking all those females throwing themselves at you *banter* :D

Better than my first car - defo! Nice. Thanks for sharing!

i'm afraid, advice like ours @Dan Hawkins may be the reason drivers under 21 are considered dangerous...

Interesting thread this! Love to get involved when talking about my car!

I have a Mazda RX8.

Seeing as I'm only 19, it's a bit of pain on finance, but I love it! Quick, well equipped, and makes a great noise. Very thirsty is it's only down side, but I do love it. As someone said earlier, Britain hates drivers (male drivers that is) under 21, so Insurance is why I won't keep it for very long, but I was sick of the old 1.4 Polo!

I appreciate whoever made this thread, love sharing my car!

They're nippy cars! How much is your insurance on that @ 19?

Finance - ouch. Just don't bump it or get bumped into, you never get the money you originally pay :( (excesses etc) - unless you're super lucky
